Is AbsenceSoft compliant with FMLA and other state leave laws?

We work diligently to ensure AbsenceSoft is compliant with federal and state leave laws. Our product team is constantly in contact with the best employment law attorneys in the nation to be certain we are hearing the most up-to-date legislative updates, as well as addressing any questions that our clients may raise. Leave law is increasingly complex and difficult to manage, let us do the heavy lifting so that you can focus on your employees while feeling confident in your leave management practices.


Can you add customized features specifically for me?

Most features are available to all users. Instead of customizing for each user, we built AbsenceSoft to be configurable so you can decide how to make it work best for your absence management needs. We welcome any ideas on how to improve AbsenceSoft just send us your feedback.


How often are updates made?

AbsenceSoft is updated as new features are introduced, which is at least once a month and often more. We are constantly evaluating user input and feature requests with the goal to make sure you have the most robust functionality available.


Is AbsenceSoft available in other languages besides English?

Not at this time, but stay tuned for a Spanish version. If you have a request for a specific language, let us know.
