Kelly has 23 years of experience in technology and software development and has been building and supporting absence management software for over 15 years. She has held senior level positions at both SaaS technology companies as well as a number of prominent insurance carriers, leading large-scale projects and enterprise applications.
Kelly is skilled at implementing process improvements and managing change within project teams and the broader organization. Her technical background and passion for leading multi-functional teams, bolsters both company and team development through innovation and collaboration. Kelly is focused on optimizing services delivery to rapidly onboard new customers and create an exceptional customer experience throughout the customer journey.
Kelly started her career as a software engineer building government financial software supporting customers in the intelligence community. She holds a Computer Science degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. With a strong passion for personal development and leadership, Kelly is an MBTI certified administrator.
