Michael Schwartz is passionate about improving the employee experience while boosting his clients’ financial results. Michael joined AbsenceSoft in 2022 to lead Sales for the Mid-Market segment.
Michael brings deep experience in HR and HR Technology environments. After graduating from Washington University in St. Louis, Michael launched his career at Mercer as a total rewards consultant. Most recently, he led the sales organization at a SaaS company providing employee relocation and talent mobility solutions.
Outside of work, Michael loves exploring Colorado and binge-watching game shows (and once appeared as a contestant on Who Wants to be a Millionaire).
