10 years ago, we were founded by HR professionals who wanted a better way to manage leave and accommodations. We started with just three employees and our first customer, and have since grown to a dedicated, enthusiastic team of over 160, the vast majority of whom are CLMS-certified. Today our platform covers over five million lives, and we can’t wait to cover the next five million!
During the past years, we’ve watched the leave landscape dramatically change. Paid leave is now a “must have” benefit, not just a nice to have. More states are adding leave benefits for residents and more businesses are creating new leave policies to attract talent. All of this makes a solution like AbsenceSoft more critical than ever.
