The Growth of AbsenceSoft
Eleven years ago, we were founded by leave professionals who wanted a better way to manage leave and accommodations. We started with just three employees and our first customer, and have since grown to a dedicated, enthusiastic team of close to 200, the vast majority of whom are CLMS-certified. Today our platform covers over five million lives, and we can’t wait to cover the next five million!
